Haha, I know this is probably pretty yawn for all of you, but I found copepods all over my sump today while I was cleaning!!  I thought they were just specs of dust and then they were all moving around.  I then looked in the main tank and they're all over the sand and in the sand bed.  I guess that's why I haven't seen much of my sea star, he's been fattening up!Â

Anyone think it'd be too early to get a Mandarin Goby? I'm pretty much in love with that fish and I know they need a lot of copepods to survive.  Tank params are all normal, nitrates are 10, and the tank (120g) is 5 months old now with 160lbs of LR

With a tank that big you can easily have a mandarin.  But they say to make sure you tank has been set up for a year.  Also, you may find one like B-Rad's which is willing to feed on brine shrimp to help you out some.
