Hey guys i know there are a bunch of us are sick and tired of manually topping off our tanks.  There are quite a few people in the club who own auto top off kits from www.autotopoff.com, i am needing to  get something for my tank and thought i would see if there are anymore of you interested in getting hooked up as well.
Paul, the owner of autotopoff.com has offered us 5% off and free shipping if we buy $500 worth of product.  I'm not sure if we can reach that amount but i figured it was worth posting.  I plan on buying one or two anyway so i thought i would see if anyone else needed anything.  Check out the webpage and let em know if there is anything you want and we will work out the details.  I would like to place the order by November 10th so we can have the units in time for Fall Fest.

If there isn't enough interest we will atleast save on shipping by ordering together.

I would like to order Sunday the 9th so things will be here before the fest. I will put together a list and running total, not sure if we will hit the $500 goal but hopefully he will work with us if we are close to it. Also, if you are wanting a switch i need to know the lip size, your options are 1", 1.5", or Bend your own.

I would also like to get an aqua lifter please.  I have a question for everybody, is it worth it to spend an extra $10 for the double switch?  Also 1" will work for me.

I would think the double switch could prevent a major flood and maybe save your entire reef. Think of it this way, if the one switch sticks w/o the backup there is nothing that will turn off your top off....need me to change your order yet?

Even though I think Autotopoff.com is one of the most reliable top off systems, I think it is just a matter of time before a 1 switch setup will fail. In the MANY posts that I've read, everyone seems to have had a problem with a float switch sticking. If the difference is only $10 I think it's a no brainer.

Thanks for the input on the double switch.  I would like to get the double switch instead of the single, and an aqua lifter pump.  Thanks again.
