I have a 20" with two 32watt 10k bulbs that are brand new. I added two eye hooks so it can hang-fits perfectly over a 10g which is how I used it. Has a built-in fan too, runs great! $40 for it if you come to my house in Riverside, $50 if I meet you at SOM.... I have pictures too, let me see if I can dig them up :)

No, I bought without the legs from Janey/Fishy1.  I can't tell waht brand it is, maybe Current?  We could ask her if she remembers if you need the legs.
