Well this has bothered me for a bit now.  I know I have been somewhat busy like everyone else but there has always been something I have felt I have neglected.  As a reefkeeper I have been doing some upgrades like everyone.  I've started some major DIY projects that have yet to be completed.  There has always in the back of my head felt like something was missing. " besides a brain"  After reading a few of JB's posts lately I have finaly figured out what it is.  Hopefully others will keep this bumped just to stay in the "good reef keeper status".

JB,  I'm sorry for not reminding you sooner but have you done a water change lately?

LOL actually, I did a water change yesterday, so I'm good!

In all seriousness, I was in the "water changes are not that important" camp until recently. But after seeing how my corals respond to regular water changes, my eyes have been opened to the truth...
