| I am looking to build a new sump one with a fuge in it.
Does anyone know where I can find either cut-to-spec acrylic or large (ex. 36" x 24") acrylic sheets in the CR/IC area or fairly close?

| | I know Lowes has acrylic sheets and they can cut them to your specifications...... in the same isle as the chain. They also have some pre-cut pieces that you could probably use as well. | | | |

| Alright, I picked up some acrylic (enough for a sump and maybe even some in tank Frag baskets). Now I can't seem to to find the Weld-on Solvent cement or a needle to start bonding the acrylic.
Anyone know where I can find Weld-on #4, a 10mil Syringe, and a #25 hypodermic needle?
I checked both Lowes and home depot and neither of them have any of these items.
I have found the stuff on the internet, anyone have any suggestions on where I could get these items locally.

| | Regal plastics in des moines has everything you could want colors, sheets, even circles, spheres and they will cut to spec also they sell the weld on and syringes. Hope this helps. In case your curious I was just quoted yesterday 130.00 for a 4'X8' 1/4 acrylic. Not sure if this is average or not? | | | |

DO you know if Lowes/Mendards carries black acrylic? Menards has tinted acrylic. I usually go to seelye plastics in hiawatha, they seam more expensive than that place in des moines though.
