I think the largest heater I've seen was 350 watts..... do they make them any bigger than that for the average hobbyist? Usually people will just have a couple 300 watt heaters and that's in a big tank. What are you looking to heat?

I'm sure they're out there, just wondering if they're very common or for the average hobbyist?

My 125 is also located in my basement.  I use (1) Marineland Stealth 300 watt heater and it keeps my tank at 79-80 easily.
