Tank Drilling Meeting

Saturday February 23rd we will be meeting at 1:00 to discuss and practice drilling tanks.
Jason (glaspie) and Caleb (calebjk) will be talking about two different ways to drill a tank.
We will be drilling JB's 29 bow, hoppers 60 hex, and benjis.
If you are getting a hole drilled with a dremmel you need to buy and bring a grout removal bit for the dremmel.

After we are finished drilling tanks, we can head over to Buffalo Wild Wings if people are interested (club is NOT paying). Looking forward to a fun meeting; don't forget eye and ear protection, safety first!

These aren't readily available at any of the LFS's (at least not in Cedar Rapids) so we are organizing a group order to be delivered at the GIRS Kickoff meeting on the 19th. Now that the club has elected its new Board of Directorys for 2008, we are moving on to the process of nominating local trustees for the 4 main regions of the club. Trustees play an important role in supporting the GIRS BOD and making sure that each region is well represented in the club.
