Addon Topic Starter Permissions

    Installed a new feature that allows some special permissions granted to the user that started the topic. This is a nice feature for a Buy/Sell/Trade thread, a tank profile, group buy, or anything like that. I've set this up so that the Topic Starter can perform the following (anywhere in the forum, with no time limit restriction):

    Edit First Post
    Move own post
    Merge own post
    Edit Own Thread (edit title, prefix, etc)
    Manage Own Thread (move and merge)
    Lock / Unlock Own Thread
    Edit Poll in Own Thread

    *This permission set is only available to GIRS Members

    Now that is a cool feature and a nice benefit for paid members.
