Jawfish

Finally my jawfish decided to move into the home i made him!   lol

Yes he is one of my favorites too. Despite the claims, mine does not seem to startle easily. He seems pretty easy going. he reminds me of a prairie dog... lol

 

Mary does he still dig and spit sand everywhere now he is in his new home?


I still have mine and want to keep him, i just wish i could get him from spitting sand EVERYWHERE!

 

I'll let you know... he just moved in today... mine has dug 3 main holes in my nano.. he has 4 old snail shells that he takes from place to place. i'm assuming that's his furniture. lol i've watched him move those shells, quite amusing, if he doesn't like "how it looks" ih one place he'll move it to another... he has mounds surrounding his hole but i don't consider him to spit sand everywhere and all his holes are in the same general area.. when he does spit sand it is usually right in front of his hole...

What type of sand bed do you have?
