my lights r installed

    Yeah, it's all up and going now. Got fish and corals in it. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif I will have to post a few photos soon!

    it is a 135 gallon. And I put DIY leds over it.

    whats the dimensions on a 135, and just out of curiosity what did your lights run$ just got a comparison to what I spent

    The tank is 72in x 18in x 24in (length x width x height).

    As for the lights, I think it was around $650 for the all the lights. I added extra LEDs to the heatsinks so that I could support SPS all around the tank. At the sand bed, I have 350 par in some places. Nice and bright and the corals seem to love it.

    Are u sure 135, I think it a 125 if not cool same as mine ,and I payed to much for my leds for sure then almost double the cost same tank ,o well there's the next one right lol

    Yeah, pretty sure it is a 135. I think it is like 2 inches deeper then a 125. (24 inches vs 22 inches) I also only have 2 fixtures in my tank. I have a 12 glass crossbrace. So, I did not put a fixture over that. Instead, I made longer heatsinks to cover most of the tank. I have just a bit of shadow in the middle of the tank. But, I am pretty happy with it. I will try to post a few pictures tonight.

    Mine is 18_23_72 was told 125 never checked if it's bigger cool
