The canopy of my new task has a bunch of fans built in. The chords leading out of the all terminate on a cylinder plug, the male end like what a wall wart has at the end.
My tanks getting hot and id love to use them but what do I plug them into?

You will want to check the voltage and wattage on the fans first. Then find a power supply/supplies that have those electrical values. Then find a power supply with the corresponding cord end, or adapter. Many times, places like radio shack, have wall warts that have selectable voltage outputs, and adaptable cord ends to accommodate the plug on your fans. Places like radio shack can also help you determine all of that if you provide the face plate information and number of fans you have.

Otherwise a picture of the fan works for more specific info.
a quick search on ebay turned up this 12V option:

    Good Luck!
