Thinking about selling everything...

I am still debating on weather I want to sell my 29 biocube or not...it has the following....
-29 gallon biocube
-Oceanic protein skimmer
-30lbs of live rock
-heater
-green zoos(about 10-15 on a small rock)
-red zoos(about 10-15 on a small rock)
-Green Brain
-2 feather dusters
-Plate coral
-Frogspan
-Candy cane
- Leather tree about 8 inches tall
-1 cleaner shrimp
-2 peppermint shrimp
-25 lbs of live sand
-2 false percs
-10 astrea snails
-10 blue legs
Like I said I am still debating on sellin because i love this hobby, but am getting busier and wouldn't want anything to die because of that. I would like to sell as a whole deal...but if I was to sell the tank I would want to sell ALL CORAL AND FISH AND ROCK FIRST(everything living) . If anyone is interested offer me what u think it will take for me to sell it Thanks to all in advance!

Where are you located? Interested in coral only if local, and maybe snails and shrimp.

Don't know if I have 10 astrea anymore because my hermits ate some...

 

I bought the plate for $100 so would like $60 for it...it is a xl plate btw
