Tunze Customer Service... WOW!!!

    Those who frequent this forum probably know I had issues with my osmolator ATO (thanks to all who offered to lend me one... you guys were just a bit too far of a drive to make it worth it). Well, I was speaking with Roger, at Tunze, on the RC forums and he asked that I send him the unit. Yesterday I had a BRAND NEW UNIT waiting at my door. All it cost me was the $5.00 shipping to their Texas location. I am speechless. The original unit was going on two years old and was bought second hand (which Roger knew about) and they still happily completely exchanged it. I am pretty excited. Tunze is right up there with Ecotech for me!

    Roger is what makes Tunze so great. He wants you to be happy, and he does what it takes. He is awesome.
