upcoming winter meetings

First, It was great to see many of you at AE this afternoon!  Thanks to Adam for hosting us, and offering the wonderful discount.
As discussed, we are looking at a tank tour on the North side of the QC in October to early November, a Winter/ Christmas dine out with some fun activities (white elephant, etc)  We have had this several times at Old Chicago.   
If you are interested in having you tank considered for a tank tour-   please post here!   Also,  what dates (look at sundays for starters) work well/ or don't for the next 2 meetings?

 

yeah i think we talked about hitting eldridge and camanche for our tank tour...and anything in between.

We live in Eldridge and were one of the couples that offered to have the tanks on the tour.  Now that October is here, is there a date in which we would like to try to cordinate this?   It seems that having it on a Sunday works best for most people. 
After the 17th, all of our Sundays are open so any of them work for us.  I guess the question is who else is willing to show their tank and what day works for them?

 

we could look at the 24th of october or possibly november 7 or 14? Thoughts?

 

With homecoming, birthdays, negotiations, Jeep club, and 4 wheeling we are booked up on weekends until December, so we are most likely out.
