How bright do you need it to be and do you need it to be controllable?

I have one of the old Blue LED light strips that was given out at MACNA that I don't have any use for. At one point I had intended to use it as a moonlight on my old 125.

I don't care if its controllable lol if it can be on a apex for a timer I'm happy. For brightness I'm looking for it to be used as a lunar light so I say like the standard brightness you would see as the ones built in on a t5 system

I have R2's but one of them is glitchy... seems to work just fine for me... just don't like to mess with the cord much. But I'd sell them to ya if you wanted....

Well, the light bar that I have is a bit brighter than the one's I've seen on pre-built units, but it could probably be turned a bit to adjust the brightness. I was playing around with it a bit last night and it really makes the Zoa's in my tank pop when it's on and the other lights are off.

You're welcome to give it a try if you want.
