BRS sells a 3 way valve to put right before your diet. Works great. Only takes like 30 seconds to flush the high tds water out. I don't know...

Red Sea tanks look really nice. One of the local fish stores has one of the small ones for sale.
I prefer just feed fish more and let the stuff fish don't eat and their poop feed my sps.
