Ok so I just got a 120 gal tank (4'X2'X2') and am wanting to build an LED light for it.  How many lights will i need for that size of a tank and which drivers would be best that are dimmable if needed.  Also i have been told that an almost ideal ratio of lights would be 2:1 blues to whites,  is that true.  Any other tips or tricks to make this would be nice to hear. Thanks

I just got done with an LED fixture for my frag tank and I'm currently in the process of building 3 more fixtures for my 125 display tank.   Here's a link to the build thread:

How is the top of your tank braced?   That's going to be one of the factors that drive the number/configuration of your fixtures...
I'm guessing that you're going to need 2 48 LED fixtures.

That's what I figured. My guess is that you're going to want the 2 48's...

Has anyone been able to make a good heatsink that doesnt need a bunch of cooling fans or is it best to get a heatsinkusa one

What about a return pump for that tank. Right now on my 30 gal i have a rio 2100 which is supposed to push 695 GPH. Is that gonna be way to low or will it get me close to the 5x turnover. If not what pump should i get.

Assuming you have 2 overflows, I'd run one of those on each return.
