18g Acrylic Frag Tank Build

    One of my first project coming off the new router table!
    Frag tank is 24x18x10, approx 18g volume.  Rimless tank constructed with 3/8" material with black bottom and back panels.
    External overflow is 1/4" black.

    Finally...here are some pictures!
    Bonding the front panel to the sides:

    Bonding the back panel, hole and overflow teeth came out great.[​IMG]
    Bonded the bottom a couple days ago...until I have 12 packs and soccer balls I guess the toolbox and weights will have to do [​IMG])[​IMG]
    I didn't get a picture of the external overflow going on, but here's a shot after:[​IMG]
    This morning I got up early and finished all the edging and corner routing.  Just finished polishing her up and she's ready to go home![​IMG]
