I decided to set up a 20g at my house in cedar falls since my corals at home were suffering from the neglect.  I was planning on bringing a 37g cube with me to school, but my brother hasn't finished the stand and I thought it would be too much of a hassle to do water changes for that large of a tank (I know it's still small...but I don't want to haul multiple 5g buckets of water in and out of my car every week).
Be nice to me on the crappy aquascaping.  It was hard as heck not having sand in the tank, or having epoxy to glue the rocks together.
    Equipment:
    20g tall aqueon
175w XM20k magnetic ballast / Lumerarc mini reflector
6055 tunze w/ single controller (when it arrives)
    100 watt visi-therm stealth heater
    No skimmer!

For now I just have the yellowtail damsel and a few crappy corals that were still on the rock.  I plan on adding corals in a couple weeks and getting a coral banded shrimp.

I will be nice once things get going /site/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif It's a lot of work to just set up a tank, so congrats on getting this far! Will you get a skimmer for it?

It was, I just added an aquac remora. It's a little too loud for the bedroom, and the extra pump is unsightly so I'm thinking about removing it and going skimmerless.

I just need a couple more blues and yellows to balance the spectrum and I should be set.

Wow Lee, that is a really sweet set up!   It just goes to show  that it isn't about size at all as you have a really beautiful variety both in corals and fish.

I like the xenia...it fills in the empty spots. I wish it would stay in one spot though.

Now I just need to add one of my blue torts... I knew I was forgeting something when I left your place.
