250 gallon Reef Ready tank FS

I am looking to downsize considerably, I am wanting to sell my 250 gallon acrylic tank and all accessories. Currently I have about 200 lbs of live rock with a octopus skimmer, 6ft. light with phoenix MH and fluorescents. Reef Keeper light monitor with salinity and ph probes. Awesome tank I have had it up and going for 4 years now and just want to downsize to a 75 gallon tank and really take my time making it the best it can be. 250 gallons just takes allot of time and kind cumbersome to "dive" on into.
