26 Gallon Bowfront With Matching Stand

    Title says it like brand new pretty much.
    Comes with the following:
    26 Gallon Bow Front Tank (Black Trim)
    26 Gallon Bowfront Stand With Shelves And Glass Door
    Top, Light Etc. (Does not come with saltwater light just regular aquarium light) 
    Aqueon Filter
    Approx 30 pounds live rock
    Will throw in 30lbs base rocks bigger pieces so live 4 pieces of base rock
    2 Penquin 1140 Powerheads LIKE BRAND NEW JUST BOUGHT
    Fish:
    1 Pigmy Angel Small
    Then numerous small crabs and snails and 1 Large Crab
    First One Takes It $250.00 Located in Independence Iowa about 30 miles from Waterloo.

    Luis, it's probably a good thing you are selling this system. That brown 16 gauge extension cord you have plugged into the power strip is a major fire hazard. I believe those cords can handle around 19 amps safely, just the 2 power heads alone are probably close to 14 amps. Did you ever notice it getting warm?

    Nope actually it does fine it is not even close to warm

    I would assume Luis wasn't overly impressed by an elder member telling him that since his powercord appeared to be lacking, it was better that he give up and get out of the hobby [​IMG].
    By the way...the 14 amps that were mentioned as an "ASSumption" would equate to 1,540 watts on a 110v circuit...my best guess would be that he's running around 100w (about 1 amp) that is less than the 15A these brown cords are typically rated for if 16g.

    +1 Eric. I am new to GRIS and have not become a member...want to see how people respond to questions, etc. I am a Newbie in my opinion and tend to not rush in to things...maybe that's why I am now in saltwater/reef because I like to take things slow......... So far I am hesitant...hope things get better :)
