I have the strangest little filter feeder living on a rock.  I'm calling it the "Little Audrey II" (if any one remembers little ship of horrors).  It looks just like that Alien Plant and no I haven't tried giving it a drop of my blood.  I cannot figure out how to upload pictures and this thing is tiny about 1/4" across.  Green, rounded and opens slightly to feed.  It does move itself also.  Any ideas?

No idea. But for posting pics go to www.photobucket.com and setup a free account. then upload your pics to photobucket. Once they have been uploaded to photobucket you will be ably to right click on the link and paste it in the post that you are doing. Hope that helps, Shaun

Not sure what it is intil we see pics. But to upload a pic. You need to set up a accout (it is free) at www.photobucket.com. Then upload your photos there. Then you will copy the direct link from there to here and that is it.

Well I tried to take pictures but don't seem to be able to get a good clear one. I am going to do a web search and see if I can find a picture that looks close.

Nope nothing like that. Its a rounded smooth pod-like creature that opens sort of like an oyster.

I have something like that. I didn't know it was actually alive for until I saw it colapse and refill. Mine looks like a sunflower seed and is sometimes open at one end.
