40 Gallon Breeder Setup For Sale

Hi all,
I am selling my 40 gallon breeder tank.  It's drilled w/ the glass-holes.com 700 gph overflow kit and 2 3/4" returns.  The back is painted black. All plumbing seen in the pics below is included. 
Stand & Canopy:I built the stand- it's 2x4's with a 3/4" plywood skin.  The canopy also matches.  There are 4 fans mounted on the back of the canopy.They both have a few coats of poly on them.  
Sump:20 gallon long w/ baffles.
Return Pump:9.5 mag drive
Skimmer: I know its not in the pics (still cleaning it)It is a Reef Octopus NWB110
Lights:Ice Cap retrofit kit w/ 2 workhorse ballasts.  The bulbs are about 8 months old- all ATI- one purple, one aquablue special and 2 blue plus.  I think I might have another aquablue special too.Blue LED moon lights.
Everything seen in the pics is included.  I would like to get $400 OBO for this.  Please PM w/ any questions.
