yeah i got one anenome left. after this week i have 2 full weeks off so anytime during the week will be fine as well. i cut the eggcrate back to the rock. then placed in the tank and used more foam to kinda seal up the edges. its not completely waterproof behind it though. iam a bit worried about detritus build up, but i guess we'll see. i thought about taking the whole eggcrate off, but was worried with 40lbs of dry rock that the foam wouldn't hold. I'm not going to put anything over the foam either, i kinda like how it looks with it /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

lighting plan is an LED fixture eventually. untill i get all the pieces it will be a 250w halide retro.

Chris, did you get the skimmer today? How did everything ship? I had a ton of packing peanuts and sytrofoam in there, I think it could have managed getting dragged behind the ups truck the whole way if it had to!

Lol i do everything inside. The smell of plumbers cement and silicone fill the air as we speak! I open a window and fire up a fan to vent the fumes of course. When you don't have a garage you don't have much of a choice.

yeah my old house had a nice heated garage, was easy to do work and be messy at the same time...not used to this being careful not to spill things haha
