Get a hold of me if you win it. I know some people in the area that could probably handle the pickup and storage/loading to a delivery truck. (for a fee I am sure)

I could schedule a delivery truck if you need me too. I get a big discount and could get it home for you.

    Hey that is awesome.

    Can you get me quote?

I have a driver that can go get it, but if I can get it shipped cheaper it would be awesome!

    Thanks!

For a spot quote it needs to be #6500 pounds or more. The spot quote would be good for three weeks or so......but I don't think the tank will weigh enough.

Otherwise, I would need to know the weight of the load and the dimensions of the 'package' to get an exact quote.

I also have a local carrier I use that is out in Oregon every weekend. He *may* bring it back (if he is empty for the backhaul) for a flat rate.

Without any exact info, I would expect this to ship for between $500-$750.

    That is pretty cheap

two pieces, first piece is 10 ft, x 4 ft x 3 ft 800 lbs

Second piece is same size 1600 lbs

Some smaller pieces like skimmer & lights that would fit inside tank & stand.

Wow...good luck on that Craig. I remember following the build thread on ReefCentral. This is that Harley dude with the Iron Maiden shirt that had heart surgery, right? I wonder if it comes with the custom steel stand...

Any chance you have a link to the thread?

It does come with stand, skimmer, and light fixture.

U need to find out if it was stored outside or inside in a heated building while its been torn down cause if its been stored outside or in the cold i wouldn't buy it that's why seascapes tank exploded acrylic can't handle being stored outside or in the cold it turns brittle

Being a independent truck driver it would cost at least 1.40 a mile even for a backhaul i'd say 1800.00 min to move back unless they could find another partail coming back. Just my .02
