Thought I would share my new setup that I got going on. Has been running since July 4th. So should be good for MACNA.
As for the Setup - 75G Oceanic Tank and Stand, Blueline 70HD pump, custom 90G sump, Tradewinds Super 1/3 Chiller, Marineland 300 watt heater, ASM G-5 skimmer, 48" Coralife Aqualight Pro HQI 150W halide, Geo 612 calcium reactor, and a JBJ ATO.
Here is links of when it got started -

When the basement gets finish, there will be a 180G against the right side of the stairs as well that would be plumbed with this setup.

Yea but i still had to the cut the flow down to half. The pump is rated at 1750 GPH and 39 FT head pressuse.

If I turn the pump up for more flow, the overflow box don't keep up, so it sucks and gurgles more frequently. With it turned down it only does it every so often. Unable to do a standpipe since the center of the holes was drilled 4in from the top and the side. My other thought was that the overflow box is too small. So to make the return side that I got now into a drain of the same size as the other. And to have the return hang on top lip of the tank going in. Would that fix the noise problem in the box? Any thoughts?

Now if were to stay with this box with the less flow I would have more
contact time in the sump. Would this be ideal? And I could use power
heads for the flow in the tank that need. Could this be a possibility?
