Without a second hand, I think that you are going to have a very hard time
adjusting the leap second value. Do not use AquaNotes to adjust the leap
second value. Use the buttons on the controller.

To adjust do the following:
- power cycle the controller (unplug power and then reapply power), to
ensure that the current leap second value is being used.
- Note the time difference between the AquaController's clock and another
clock.
- Wait 24 hours.
- Calculate the drift in the AquaController's clock.
- Adjust the leap second value. The leap second value should be positive to
make the clock run faster (was losing time), and negative to make the clock
run slower(was gaining time).
- power cycle the controller.
