Specific to AI Sol Blue's: What intensity (%) and lighting schedules others are running?

I've been running Sols for a little while now (just over a year) and I've played around with a few different schedules over that time. I switched to AI Sols from 250w metal halides and I had the mindset that I could crank the LEDs up to be comparable in intensity, not a good idea! I bleached a lot of corals! After that I went in the opposite direction and it just seemed dim and corals/macro didn't seem to adjust. Maybe it was too little light, maybe it was just too much of a swing in the other direction.

After doing some researching I was finding beautiful sps tanks that were running Sols with levels set around 40% white and 80% blue and royal blue. This is what I went with several months ago and it has been great. I run this amount of light with Sols over a 30" deep 300g and I can grow corals on the gravel. I also run it on my 20g nano that has a Sol on it and it looks great. Its sps dominant but lps love it at the bottom of the tank.

Hope this is a little help/insight and gets you in the ballpark. They're really cool lights, I really like them and I hope you'll like yours. Not knowing your tank dimensions or coral preference I can't help much more, but I simply suggest small adjustments and to play around with them to see what "color" you like the tank to be.
