Does anyone have any experience with the AIO drop in kits? do they fit well? look nice? etc. I am looking at possibly ordering one for my 40gal breeder when they come back in stock? Or possibly if someone has one for sale?

Like the FijiCube ones? I think they've got pretty good reviews.

Yes the Fijicube ones. I am waiting until they come back in stock, and have read some good reviews, but also saw some that were pretty bad too, so i wasnt quite sure if anyone here may have any experience with them

They're kind of expensive, but the trade-off is not having to assemble it yourself. I have the 40 breeder drop in kit. It gets the job done. What I really like is just having to silicone it in place! I don't have a skimmer in mine, but I believe a Tunze skimmer will fit. As for a return pump, I have a Sicce Syncra Silent 1.5. It's quiet and fits well. I'd recommend using this kit.
