Well I might have found a cause... not 100% sure yet but it looks like my filter was plugged and that was why I was getting bubbles. Not 100% confirmed yet as I cant tell past the debry in my DT from me moving stuff and turning the pump on full all the way thru. Will post back once I can confirm this.

I put a good sized chunk of filter pad around my return pump so that any bubbles are caught before they go into the return pump. Check out "reverse durso" for your drain line to reduce tubulence in the sump as well.

I've been meaning to replace the 90s I am using in my over flow box with Ts where I could build a small stand pipe off of the one to help with air and turbulence.

what kind of overflow is it? can't see video I had this problem with my cpr overflow the aqualifter pump was clogged. And I assume you don't put chemicals in your tank to reduce nitrates or anything like that.

I added an overflow box that Bud built for me. Then just two 1" Bulkheads for the drain. I use to have a HOB overflow but it was a pain in the butt to keep running. Looks like the sponge or filter pad was so dirty that the water when running thru them was causing the bubbles. I have a new pad in place and pump open 100% to the DT and not seeing any bubbles.
