I've been chasing air bubbles the last week or so.  My water level is good, and I have taken all the PCV connections out and re glued and sealed them up.  Air bubbles are coming out of the spray bar, so I figured its got to do with the pump.  Only thing I can think about is that the hose on the outlet is not tight since you can slide it off, but its zip tied, could this be a possible place for a air leak.
    Thanks

Is the pump new? Could be getting air in through either leaks in the pump internal seals or cavitation (like a outboard motor, if the blade turns too fast, it actually created cavitation and water pockets, http://www.engineersedge.com/pumps/cavitation.htm).
Instead of using zip ties, can u find some bands (tighten witht the turn of a hex or flat blade screwdriver) that tighten down (like what's used to seal PVC section to rubber gaskets).  Zip Ties tend to pucker things slightly below the noose (square) end.  This might be letting small amounts of air in.
Only thing I could think of...hope I don't sound too much like an idiot /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

Disconnect the spray bar and put your finger over the end of the hose to see if water sprays out anywhere. If you have a small pin hole in the hose it will actually suck in air vs spquirting out. Seen it many times, mainly on bio cubes though.

Make sure the water line going to the input on your pump is supplying more water then the pump can push, you may be starving the pump!
