Which algae brand does your fish eat? I am trying them all.. My fish seem to devour the Rod's red.. But the others they just kind of ignore.. Weird.

I tried some LRS and didnt really show interest. I am adding them all again one each day. The red Sea Veggies I swapped right after they were picking at the red Rod's.. They completely ignored it.. I guess I thought they all used pretty much the same kinds.. Figured red algae in one is the same as in another.

But I do mix it up by adding brown and red algae. Ive been starting to feed algae sheets around 9pm when my Formosa, red coris, and elegant wrasses go to bed cause they generally tear it up in little pieces.

I also feed new era algae grazers that I stocked up on when they were bought out. I feed those daily

Most Asian stores sell nori and you can often find unseasoned but it's usually roasted and while that is OK using unroasted is best. If you feed a lot of this, Two Little Fishies bulk pack of 100 sheets. LRS nori is always good stuff too

The Asian store on 100th (North of Hickman) carries 100 sheet packs of dried (unroasted, unseasoned) purple for $17. Our fish prefer it to the green which is cheaper as Donny noted. High maintenance fish.

@Turbo's Aquatics@Turbo's Aquatics what is pricing on LRS purple in 100 sheets?

Has anyone seen Red Unseasoned, Unroasted at an asian market? Cedar Rapids has a couple of small ones but I have only seen the green.
