   Wang's Asain Market in Urbandale - good tip, I didn't know they carried purple that cheap! I used to go there for DIY food supplies, switched to Double Dragon, then to a wholsesale supplier
   
   The TLF stuff though does have added nutrients (garlic, etc)

   Yeah I have been a fan of the TLF stuff but the red is dried whole plant. For some reason my fish will not even touch that.
