I am pretty impressed with LA.  The way they packed everything was top notch.  All of my fish are already out and about and seem to all have tons of personality!
My blue spot jawfish seems to really like my 2 year old daughter Alison for some reason.  He hides when I look at him but seems to act like a puppy when she bangs on the tank.  LOL

3 purple tangs swimming together is a school really looks cool. Same with the 5 fire fish. My angels were incredibly colored. I will try to get some pics tomorrow!

Shooting a few videos today as they are easier for me than trying to take still shots.

I just wish my Yasha goby's would find each other! One is already paired up to the shrimp but the other is still hiding on the other side of the tank.

The blue spot jawfish found himself a nice home in the back corner of the tank where I can see him quite well.

So far everyone looks pretty happy.

I should mention, before I got the new fish I got rid of my yellow tang because I new he would cause trouble. 2 minutes after I added the new fish my "happy go lucky" 6 line wrasse decided to terrorize ALL the new fish. Needless to say my tank has been completely drained twice in the last week to catch out aggressive fish. Everything seems to be doing very well considering.

The clam I got was way bigger than I expected and the purple hammer was nicely mounted on a rather large disc. I am very happy with my purchase. I only wish I would have ordered more fish to put in the restaurant tank. Oh well maybee later.

My Yasha Goby's and pistol shrimp are so cool. I was watching the pistol shrimp dig the burrow earlier while filming. Well I just went and looked again and now there are rocks in front of the entrance to it. I was sort of freaked out until I read this from reefkeeping magazine.

"The shrimp will collapse the entrance each night after all the occupants are inside. This serves as protection from animals that are able to slither into the burrow and capture their prey, such as Myrichthys maculosus, the spotted snake eel. Every morning the goby will burst through the collapsed entrance and the shrimp will begin the arduous task of rebuilding the entrance for the following day. Once all the maintenance duties are completed, the shrimp will begin foraging for food and feeding."

So apparently they do this every night for protection, that's pretty wild!

I just got to witness something VERY COOL! I just feed my tank and put it in "Feed Mode" with all the pumps shut off my shy Yasha Goby decided to come out of the rock work. And then other one popped its head out of the cave on the other side of tank and I think they finally noticed each other. It gets better!

I was sitting there staring at the tank thinking COME ON! You guys have to see each other! but the shy one swims away and ducks into a cave about 4-5 inches away from where the other Yasha Goby and pistol shrimp are.

All of a sudden I see a sand storm come out of the cave, It's the pistol shrimp!!! It has a tunnel going all the way through and the once lost Yasha snuck in the back door!

They are now in the same tunnel all happy.

I think these maybe my new favorite fish by far. They are so fun to watch!
