For Sale All of this for $450

Good Afternoon everyone,
I am in talks to buy a tank, in this tank it is a fully established 200+gallon. I am looking at selling everything listed below at a steal of a price because I would like to start fresh for a first tank and not kill everything that is so beautifully established.
So from what the person can remember there are....

Monti
couple different brain corals
galaxia
white pom pom pulsating xenia, hammer heads
frog spawn
mushrooms
Bogota cup
pink Kenya trees
couple different toad stools.


Yellow tang
3 pajama cardinals
breading pair of clowns
6 line wrasse
cave dwelling goblet
2 fire shrimp
2 chromies
red sea serpant star fish
black brittle star fish
strawberry crab
several hermits
snails.

I'm buying the setup and selling the corals.

THIS is going to sound bad, but I am just switching over to saltwater, I don't want an established reef, fish, and cleanup crew.

I want to learn everything about saltwater and make mistakes and learn what to do and not to do with stuff I grow.

I figured this would be a way of just giving everyone else a chance to have an awesome setup.

 

I want to sell it as a whole

 

The man I was going to get the tank from is backing out of the deal he set.....so this is on hold unless I post something has changed.
