All the LED`s !!!!!!!!!

    So I just got my 2012 Marine Depot catalogue in the mail and can't believe all the different LED companies trying to get their fair share of the aquarium LED market and get a name made for themselves.  They sure make them look fancy but I still don't think they perform as well as MH.  But that's just my opinon.

    .....Saying that, I'm still staying with my reeflux MH[​IMG]

    I would love to make the switch but I just can't get over that ugly fake disco ball shimmer.

    Saw these at MACNA they looked pretty intense.  I wouldn't mind trying one on my cube that is for sure.

    Hey guys, I have never seen LED's in action on a tank before. Does it really give off a shimmer in the water? Is that annoying to watch? I was thinking on going with them on my new set up so thats why I ask.

    I think it's a very comparable shimmer found with MH's. At any rate, it's very attractive to my eye.
