Ames area reefers

    Just curious, how many of us reefers are there in the Ames area? 
    Both, registered on this site; and active members?  I have met and seen a handfull at best here on the forums.  Are there enough of us that we could have a local meeting, beer drinking, DIY stuff?

    I went through the DM area members tab on this forum and found:
    12 Ames
    2 Marshaltown
    1 Colo
    1 Carrol
    1 Jefferson
    1 Boone
    1 Sheldahl
    1 Webster City

    Plus a couple other members that are a bit further out than the above listed. And who knows who has updated from moving.

    Ahh, I'm the only one in Boone. Before MACNA this probably won't happen for me Andy. Every extra minute is MACNA for me over the next three weeks.

    I don't care when we have a meeting but my place is always available and I would love to host and bbq and all that jazz!

    I'm here in Ames too. Usually can't make the DES moines stuff because if school and work schedule but I bet I could make sometime here in Ames if we did a DIY. At least to the end of one lol.

    Awesome to see some active reefers. I didn't have any one thing in mind when i posted this. I was just fishing to see who was all out here online. But I would like to get to know some of the local reefers! Maybe we could start something, sometime.

    Ankeny is as close as or closer than several of the towns mentioned.  If you get something going in Ames I'll try to make it.
