Anyone have any experience with Aqua Cave

I bought 3 skimmers from them with no problems.

The only thing I didnt like is that they came with absolutely no instructions (although that was more a manufacturer issue).

I also called & placed my order over the phone.

 

I have ordered a few things from there including my skimmer and had no problems.

yeah they are good, i have got alot of stuff from them and the guys that work there are cool to if you ever call them

 

I would go with Premium Aquatics anyday over Aqua Cave.  You will get your oder faster and get any problems solved faster.
I decided I would try Aqua Cave since they were in Gurnee, IL.  I figured I would get really fast shipping since its a 2 day ground delivery area.  Got my order over a week later.  Bummer.  I had to return my order and it took 2 weeks before I got my money back.  They were slow to respond to e-mail.  Usually a day and a half for every response.  Calling would have probably been a lot faster.
They may not be that bad overall compared to some stores, but if you ever ordered from Premium Aquatics, they dont stack up so well.  I always get my package in 2 days from Premium Aquatics and if I need help, I get prompt helpful service.

I've dealt with AquaCave. I had questions so I called them. They were knowledgeable, price matched MarineDepot on one item where their prices were more, but saved me $$ on the rest. They also shipped everything to me quickly. I would deal with them again.

i've noticed their prices to be higher than most on some things...but with price match there should be no worry

 

If your gonna order from them you might want to call and see if they actually have the item in stock and aren't just drop shipping it from somewhere. I have ordered from them a few times expecting fast shipping only to find out they had to drop ship stuff from the manufacturer which ended up taking over a week or better.
