Anyone interested in a 125 (72") gallon setup for around $300-$500? range (DSM)

Here is the deal, I have a 72" non drilled 125 gallon I bought to use as refuge (being used now). I have the stand and everything else needed to make this a decent setup.
 Pine Stand, Marineland Tide Pool 2 with hang on back overflow. Coral Life 72" 4x96w power compact with moonlights. RIO 1700 Return pump, Heaters, I would like to get $300 for that setup,  For another $200 I'll throw in 100lbs of live rock and enough live sand to cover the botton about 3/4" hign. 
I have other pumps and misc stuff to make someone a nice setup and I'm willing to mix and match to put together a nice setup.
