My boss just bought one of these from Best Buy:

Not that you'd probably want to buy any extra hardware, but it's an option for places with internet and TVs. Any other place could use laptops/desktops. You can video conference with 10 people if at least one user has a premium Skype account. It's $5 a month I think.

 

Use gotomeeting .com its free for 30 days and works well. We use it at work and for fantasy football draft

I forgot about that. At my last job we used that a ton for support calls and it does work really good.

 

I don't know how many participants the free Go2Meeting trial would allow.... I would think we would need to have at least 20-50 seats available. If it comes down to it, I can ask my company for permission to use our emeeting product through sabacentra.
