So I got my apex controller in yesterday got it all wired up today it's pretty neat so far but I'm only beginning to learn how to use it anyone that thought about getting one their pretty easy to use if you get them new their plug n play and you can learn as you go. The only issue I have is I tried to hook my ato up to it and it poped my gfi and now the screen on the ato won't light back up I checked the fuse and it was still good so idk what I did

So your ATO has a screen on it? Or are you talking about your Apex display? If it's your Apex display, unplug it, delete it from the module list, then plug it back in again. If it still doesn't come on, call Neptune support. They will get you fixed up. If it's new and still under warranty, no problem. If not, well, you may have to pay to get it repaired. Good luck!

MP40s are controlled using the WXM add-on module.

This is how I programmed my MP40s... I'm sure there are plenty of other ways to go about it, but it works fine for me. I have 4 MP40s with 2 on each side of the tank. For the main one I have:

    Fallback NightMod
    Set NightMod
If Time 09:30 to 11:30 Then HReef
If Time 11:30 to 13:30 Then Pulse
If Time 13:30 to 15:30 Then Tidal
If Time 15:30 to 17:30 Then Pulse
If Time 17:30 to 19:30 Then Lagoon
If Time 19:30 to 21:30 Then LReef
If Time 21:30 to 23:30 Then Lagoon
If Time 23:30 to 09:30 Then NightMod
    If FeedA 000 Then FeedMode
    If FeedB 000 Then FeedMode

This sets the mode for all of the pumps, but I have seperate programs for each of them to rotate between sync and anti-sync.

The pump on the same side as the master is always in sync and uses:

    Fallback NightMod
    Set NightMod
If Time 09:30 to 23:30 Then Sync
If Time 23:30 to 09:30 Then NightMod
    If FeedA 000 Then FeedMode
    If FeedB 000 Then FeedMode

The other two pumps on the opposite side of the master pump rotate between sync and antisync:

    Fallback NightMod
    Set NightMod
If Time 09:30 to 10:30 Then AntiSync
If Time 10:30 to 11:30 Then Sync
If Time 11:30 to 12:30 Then AntiSync
If Time 12:30 to 13:30 Then Sync
If Time 13:30 to 14:30 Then AntiSync
If Time 14:30 to 15:30 Then Sync
If Time 15:30 to 16:30 Then AntiSync
If Time 16:30 to 17:30 Then Sync
If Time 17:30 to 18:30 Then AntiSync
If Time 18:30 to 19:30 Then Sync
If Time 19:30 to 20:30 Then AntiSync
If Time 20:30 to 21:30 Then Sync
If Time 21:30 to 22:30 Then AntiSync
If Time 22:30 to 23:30 Then Sync
If Time 23:30 to 09:30 Then NightMod
    If FeedA 000 Then FeedMode
    If FeedB 000 Then FeedMode

I'm sure there are other ways to do it, but this is easy for me to follow and it works.
