Apex Problem

    When I update an outlet, the screen goes dark for a few seconds, like it should and when it reloads, all it shows is the Outlet in the top box which identies which outlet it is. It does not reload the box where the programming is! It is doing this with other outlets also. It's really acting wierd! Sometimes when I update an outlet, it will show everything it should show. I can go to another outlet, update it and it just shows the identifying/top box. Then I go back to the outlet that did load everything, try to update it again and this time it doesn't reload the programming box...just the outlet identifying box! What's going on? How can I fix this? I've closed out the Program and reloaded it. It still does the same weird stuff! /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/mad.gif

    The latest firmware is 4.20 1B13. I would think about updating the firmware to the latest and see if that works. Its what I would do. I would save program and then do a update.

    I'm afraid to do it Kyle! I'm not sure if I can save the programming. I use a NetGear thingie. Wireless, I guess that's what it is called. :9(

    Yeah it not to hard, but you may want to get some help from someone in your area to help you out for the first time. I think with the issue you have been having you should do it.

    Ok Kyle. Just don't know if there is anyone close by me that has an Apex and would be willing to help...
