    Hey hey
This Friday I will be in DM and am going to stop for some shopping before I return home. The problem is, I only have time to stop at one place. So Im trying to decide which to stop at. I havnt been to either of them.
I'm mostly looking for which has the best selection of inverts, since a clean up crew is the next thing i will be needing to invest in.
So if anyone can help me out with their opinions, I'd greatly appreciate it!

The best selection of cleanup crew and price, that I've personally noticed anyway, is at Sea of Marvel. Hung sells Astrea snails and blue-legged crabs 12 for $10. That's a good price anywhere. He also has emerald crabs for $6....also a good price.
I've been to both Adams and Aqualand. You'll find several posts in this forum on those two places....and for every post, there are 20 opinions about each store. If it were me, I'd go to Aqualand.

when i went to aqualand and asked them some qusetions about a animal that they had, they didn't have any info at all, i asked them about a coral they had in there coral tank and they had no idea what kind it was. adams might be a little more expensive but at least you know you are getting quality products that have been properly taken care of. just my experience

How long has Aqualand had saltwater? Last I knew they were freshwater only...then again I haven't been inside that place in ages.

I think I had a momentary lapse in memory.....it's not Aqualand that I went to...it was Iowa Pet Foods and Seascapes. Here's a writeup of the trip that I took to Des Moines. There are many other posts as well though.

Seascapes is the place to visit. They support GIRS and we should support them. Nothing against Adams though, if you could visit two places I would go there second. Neither place is probably going to have great prices to get a complete clean up crew. I would reccomend posting for a group buy in your area from reefs2go or Reeftopia. Aqualand has always been freshwater only that I know of.

Although, not a supporter of GIRS, IMHO Adams has the best quality fish. I do support both stores on a regular basis. But when i walk in and see dead fish in display tanks, fish scratching on the substrate and tangs with pinched stomachs and no algae matter to graze on throughout the day, I won't buy any fish from that store. Support or not, I look for quality and proper care of the animals.
