Since I lost my job last year, my tank fell into disrepair and I withdrew from the club participation.
Still no job, but I did have an opportunity to go on a dive trip to Palau back in January. Here's a few pics /vids. Once I get back on track, I'll probably rejoin the club scene but right now I'm laying low.

Wow...that looks amazing! Now that looks like an amazing trip! Did you take all these pics on one dive or are these the best from multiple dives? How long were you there?

Ya know, I would trade you the $20 membership fee for a short class on how to take underwater pics. If that is your off hand shooting, I would love to see what you can do with a tripod and a tank. I'm trying to get as many tankless buddies to show up at the meetings so I don't feel weird /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif.

Thanks for the warm replies all. I look forward to getting back into the swing of things in the next couple of months.

The pics are an amalgamation of four different dives I did plus about 6 different spots I snorkeled. Pics were taken with a little canon powershot...nothing too fancy. Still saving up for a case and light for my DSLR.

That's nice to know! It gives me hope of getting some good underwater shots from my Powershot SD850is. I figured you probably used a D40/D60 with underwater enclosure or something. The pics look really good.
