I bought a bio pellet reactor from BRS.  I also bought the pellets from them.  In the description they say that the water should run just enough that the pellets tumble.  So the problem I have is the reactor is almost full is I use the appropriate amount of pellets.  SO the top 2/3 of the chamber the pellets are pressed against eachother why the bottom few tumble.  Do I need more reactors or will this suffice?

You will need to remove enough of the pellits so that you have about 1/3 water at the top. I use a TLF reactor with a mj1200 wide open and it is perfect. they should tummble at the top too. if not, remove more pellets until you get the desired effect.

They tend to float at first sometimes. I have a kent reactor compleatly full and have a awesome full reactor slow tumble. You just have to play with it a little to get them tumbleing properly,
