   I'd agree with all of those. A few others regarding Ich that should be added are:
   
   All of our tanks harbor the Ich parasite - Not true if you cure all of your live rock and sand fish free for 8 weeks, and QT your fish for at least 2 weeks before adding them to the display
   
   and
   
   Ich can remain dormant in fish indefinitely - this is true for freshwater ich, but not marine ich
