we are in the process of doing home repairs on our newly purchased home and we relized that we dont have the time to do that and maintain our tank

I am located in Winfield, about 45 miles south of Iowa City. The rics and the manderin are sold.
I also want to make sure that nobody gets any suprises I do have an outbreak of HA right now, believe it is due to lighting changes recently. At least that is when it started.
