BRS super service!

    I just wanted to mention the great service I got from bulkreefsupply.com.
    I had ordered a pump and RO membrane, and as usual I got them super quickly. The pump was not going to work for what I wanted so they offered me a return which I did. A few days after BRS rec'd the pump back I had not heard anything and emailed. I promptly got a refund for the whole order, which I told them was too much since I had the RO membrane. They said for my patience to consider the membrane a bonus. Needless to say, if BRS has it, they'll get my order.

    Nice! I always hear good things about brs and i ordered some stuff witch included api t5s and i was very impressed by the packing of the lights! And was sad to find out that the blubs were shattered. But i know brs has amazing service and they make everything right. Sorry to steal your thunder!

    That's unfortunate to hear @MadManMadrid@MadManMadrid. I'm sure they made it right but I'm still surprised the bulbs were broken, blame it on a disgruntled delivery driver? :roflmao:

    Oh yea it has to be they paled it right and from what I could tell it was broken in the same spot on both bulbs like they slammed the box against the ground and shoved the prongs into the tube breaking the glass. I got the shipment in last night.so now I got to wait even longer because of the holiday's

    I went to brs last night and already got my email hacked this is the second time with them in one year
