I had a 20 tall and switched to the 20 long what measurements are you looking for the width of the tank the heights can depend on what you are doing. I put them up to keep my skimmer at 8 to 9 inches.

The width between panes of glass less 1/8 to 3/16 inch. You will want a fine file

You want the baffles cut so they are an 1/8 or so smaller than the inside width of the tank.
I would recommend measuring the specific tank you plan on using. I would guess the measurements vary slightly tank to tank, and I'm sure would vary depending on the manufacturer. It's not the easiest thing to trim a little more off the edge of a glass panel unless you have special diamond grinders and patience.
If you want 7" water height you want the baffle about 7". If in doubt make the skimmer section a little deeper than you think you need. You can always raise the skimmer up if needed. It's more difficult to change a baffle if you don't end up with enough water depth.
Are you just doing a skimmer and return section, or what is your intended layout?

Not sure what exactly that one has going on in the left section.
With the center refugium and then bubble trap going to the return section you could probably be fine with just a single baffle on the left side set to the height you want that water level.

The part on the left is a trickle filter. They're good for fish only type setups where nitrates don't really matter but they've been proven to be nitrate factories.

I have a similar setup, I have the 2 on the left and my skimmer in there then a refugium in the middle and only one on the right side. i will get you height measurements tonight. blackx-runner is correct on the width, you need the room for the silicone.

From left to right (my water enters the left) the fist baffle is from bottom up 9 inches, the next one going from top of tank to 2 inches from the bottom of tank is another 9 inches then a third baffle from the bottom of the tank only up about 4 inches. All 3 of these are about an inch apart. Then there is my refugium then a single 9 inch tall baffle from the bottom of the tank. that is all 4 of them. The skimmer and refugium water level is dictated by the last (right most) baffle. good luck.

Is that an auto feeder right above your return pump? Very interesting idea.

yes I put the auto feeder there to feed a little twice a day. I find putting it there will Get it wet and not have it go through the overflow as quick, down side is the food going through the pump.

Very cool idea. And then if you do have anything accumulate in the return chamber it should be pretty easy to remove.

I have too much flow in my display for my feeding ring (flips over and moves around) so my auto feeder ends up dropping food on the surface and a lot ends up in the overflows. When I get my sump built out I may give this a try. Right now I'm just using a 100g stock tank with no baffles so it wouldn't work too well.

Melevs reef makes an acrylic autofeeder holder with a "chimney" that goes beneath water surface to prevent food from going into overflow. They work great regardless of your flow.
