Spring Fest Calling all GIRS Members! We Need Volunteers!

Spring Fest 2017 is less than 2 days away!

As with every fest, we rely on GIRS Members to staff the Registration & Raffle Ticket Sales tables & help during setup and tear down.

We are looking for volunteers to fill one-hour time slots throughout the show. These are very important roles, so if you volunteer for a time slot, please make sure you are able to be there!

The time slots are listed below. Please post in this thread and let us know what slot you can fill and we will keep the list updated. Thank you in advance!!

My wife Cindy aka lighthouse gal will volunteer at registration table for the 10:30 to 11:30 slot

 

Myself and @Jen/Reefin will be there Friday night for set up. But have no clue yet on how late we will be staying Saturday night.

 

I can help with setup Friday but also need to set up our tank (what time can we get in to set up?)

 

@Dave Friday setup will be 6-10

 

Friday and Saturday setup and teardown for me.

 

Ashton mentioned historically their club has a large amount of volunteers present to help with teardown.

 

I will be there Saturday and can help as needed

 

Thanks. It should only take me an hour or so to get the tank set up so can help with other things as well.

 

I will help. Will plan on being there to fill in anywhere needed, Friday night through Saturday clean up.

 

@Bud I went to edit my original post and add you in and magically you were already there.

 

I can do the 11:30 and 12:30 slots for the admissions table. If you show me what to do with the searches I can handle when you're busy with other things.

 

I can help with the Fri night setup, other areas I won't be able to to tell until I see my work schedule.

 

I can work either raffle or admissions 130 and 230 slots. Whichever ends up needing it.

 

I can do the admissions table from 1:30-2:30

 

Should be around all day but need to leave after the raffle. Want to listen to Scott and have a little time to spend too much money on frags. Schedule me as needed, where needed.
